This fully automated and hands free operation provides the utmost in stability and accuracy so you can properly test, adjust and verify your inventory or aircraft scales. This system has been purchased by the USAF, US Army and NASA for calibrating top of jack load cells and platform scales.
Full function programmable calibration software communicates directly with Intercomp scales allowing closed loop control of the calibration points, auto adjustments and verification process. Reports and calibration certificates are generated, saved and can be recalled at any time.
With an accuracy of ±0.025%, and capacities ranging from 5,0000 to 100,000lbs (50,000kg), the load cell and indicator provide the necessary accuracy to comply with internationally recognized standard for accuracy & traceability to calibrate aircraft scales.
Manual Test Stand
Manual operated test stand with programmable indicator available in capacities ranging from 5,000 lbs. to 100,000 lbs. It is available in either a portable tabletop design or standard floor mount with various surface areas and travel distances for calibrating top of jack load cells and/or platform scales.
Load cells and indicators are available with an accuracy of ±0.025%. This system ships complete with a solid state manual pump and sturdy steel construction frame. This test stand is the perfect addition to any calibration lab for relatively low volume aircraft scale test and calibration.
